Presentation Awards

Presentation awards are given to recognize one’s contribution to the field and encourage more active participation for the betterment of the research fraternity as a whole. 

Based on the evaluation, the final will be announced and the decisions will be taken by the evaluation panel members of the session and the conference chair. The evaluation panel will consist of personnel with sound academic or industrial backgrounds for that particular subject area.

AWARDS CATEGORIES

BEST PRESENTATION AWARD

This award will be provided for the most outstanding presentation of the entire conference.

The best Oral presentation will be selected among all the researchers in the session.

BEST (YRF) STUDENT PRESENTATION AWARD

The “Younger Researchers” or Best Student Presentation Award will be given to the most outstanding presentation presented by a participant who has registered under the student category. Undergraduates, Master students, and Ph.D. students will be considered under this category.

BEST POSTER PRESENTATION AWARD

There will be a poster session at the conference and this award is dedicated to the poster presenters in the conference. The best poster presentation will be selected among all the researchers in the session.

How the selection process works?

For Best Oral Presentations

Two evaluators evaluate each presentation and the average mark of both evaluators are taken as the final mark. The best presentation from each session will be selected based on the final mark received from the evaluators and the final decision is given by the Conference Chair. Below criteria are taken into consideration for this award and marks are given out of 100%.

For Best Posters

A special evaluator based on below criteria evaluates every poster presentation and the presentation with the highest mark is selected as the Best Poster Presentation Award. The final mark is given out of 100%

Best Student Presentation (Young Researcher) Award

The Best Student or Young Researchers awards will be evaluated by a special committee headed by the Conference Chair according to the below criteria.

AWARDS CEREMONY

All the winners will be announced with their awards during the awarding ceremony which will be held on the last day of the conference along with the conference.
